For Best Results:

1. Remove Any Dirt From Sole With Damp Cloth

3. Remove Self-Adhesive Back And Apply To Clean, Smooth Sole And Heat With Hairdryer
4. Apply Firm Pressure To Sole Protector While Warm
5. Leave For 24 Hours To Cure
